In this section, you cross the primeval natural landscape in the highlands of the Harz (National Park)

A flowing descent from Wurmberg into the valley of the Kalte Bode (Sandbrinkstraße) puts you in a good mood. From Schierke, you can then expect the 6 km long ascent on the Brockenstraße to the next checkpoint at Brockenbett.
