  • Start: Tourist Information, Ritscherstraße 4, 37431 Bad Lauterberg. Start also possible in Sankt Andreasberg.

The route leads over hill and valley through the deciduous and mixed forests of the South Harz.

Hard day route with some very steep climbs up to Sankt Andreasberg, down to the Oder Dam and back up to the Jägerköpfe, from where a short detour to Stöberhai is possible. Long technically moderate descents.

Directions & Parking facilities

The Barbis train station (Bad Lauterberg district) is about 5.5 km from the eastern center and the tourist information in the spa park. From there, you can access the four MTB routes BL1 to BL4.
