The introductory tour with gentle ascents and technically easy descents takes you through the deciduous forests on the southern edge of the Harz around the Ahrendsberg. The Barbis station (Bad Lauterberg district) is about 5.5 km from the eastern center and the Tourist Information in the Kurpark. From there you can access the four MTB routes BL1 to BL4.
