- Destination: Mountain station of the Wurmberg cable car/Wurmbergschanze, 38700 Braunlage
The hike starts at the valley station of the Wurmberg cable car (playground); follow the signs on the left (circular route) below the Hotel Maritim.
Then follow hiking trail 35 D towards Brockenwegschanze. From there, turn onto Sögdingsweg 35 H. The cable car mountain station to the "Wurmberg-Alm" guesthouse is reached.
