DSV Premium Trail This trail is a certified DSV Premium Trail. Together with municipalities in West Harz and the districts of Goslar and Osterode am Harz, the Safety in Skiing Foundation (SIS) and the German Ski Association (DSV) have committed in recent years to the qualitative development of the trail network in the Harz region. The trails have been certified as DSV nordic active centers according to international criteria, marked with a uniform signage system, and equipped with information boards.

This trail is also used by members of the Buntenbock Ski Club as a training route; for this reason, the route is illuminated from Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, provided there is sufficient snow.
