On the e-bike or mountain bike from Goslar to Clausthal-Zellerfeld.

The Harz was one of the largest mining regions in Europe for several hundred years. Silver, copper, lead, and zinc were mined there. These are valuable metals. The mining towns in the western Harz were wealthy towns. You can still see this in many old buildings. Today, the old buildings and facilities from the mining era belong to the UNESCO World Heritage in the Harz.

On this e-bike route, you ride through a wonderful landscape and pass great sights from the mining period.

The route is 22 kilometers long. The starting point is the parking lot at the Kaiserpfalz in Goslar.

The route takes about 3 to 4 hours. The route is varied and very well suited for e-bikes.
