This trail is a certified DSV Premium Trail .Â
Together with municipalities in the West Harz and the districts of Goslar and Osterode am Harz, the Stiftung Sicherheit im Skisport (SIS) and the German Ski Association (DSV) have committed in recent years to the qualitative development of the trail network in the Harz. The trails have been certified as DSV nordic active centers according to international criteria, marked with a uniform signage system, and equipped with information boards.
