LR 1 - Circular trail around the Scholben - Bad Lauterberg

The starting point is at Oberer Kirchberg (Bremer Ruh). Along the Upper Scholbenweg, the trail runs relatively flat to Klößbergskopf. There the trail forks. Turning right, the trail leads via the Engeltalsweg to Kirchberg (Bremer Ruh).

Together with municipalities in the West Harz and the districts of Goslar and Osterode am Harz, the Safety in Skiing Foundation (SIS) and the German Ski Association (DSV) have been committed in recent years to the qualitative development of the trail network in the Harz. The trails have been certified as DSV nordic active centers according to international criteria, marked with a uniform system, and equipped with information boards.
