The starting point of our demanding hike is the "HarzWaldHaus" in the spa park. We hike via the Ahrendsberger Stieg to the youth forest home and the Ahrendsberger cliffs (Hallesche Hut). Through charming landscape, we master the steep descent into the Oker valley and continue to the Romkerhaller Waterfall. This is followed by a steep ascent to the Käste. Here we can relax at the Kästehaus before hiking back towards Bad Harzburg via the Steinbrecherweg and Café Goldberg. On the Ringweg or Stadtstieg, we return to our starting point, the spa park.
