Circular tour Goslar - northern Harz foreland - Goslar

The route starts at the Kulturkraftwerk and initially heads north on Hildesheimer Straße. Between the cemetery and allotment gardens, turn left and follow the path under the railway underpass to Gut Riechenberg, a small group of houses. Cross the street Gut Riechenberg and pass the fields by the mill pond. Take the next left turn and immediately turn right onto Jerstedter Weg. Upon reaching Jerstedt, turn left onto Bielsteinstraße and stay on it until the end. Turning right, pass the "Niedersachsenkrug" into the street Am Unteren Dorfbach, which continues as Am Oberen Dorfbach. From here, Meiergasse branches off to the left, where you pass under the B 6. Now follow the street Im Klei to the left and the continuation of the path past the biogas plant. This leads to Dörnten, where you turn left onto Die neue Reihe. At the end of the development, turn right toward the sports fields and continue on district road 3 to Kunigunder Straße. When leaving the town, keep left and use the upgraded road ahead to a small group of trees near the village of Heißum. Turn right and continue until you reach Neue Straße, where you go left. Shortly after, steer your bike right onto Siedlerstraße. At its end, Wanneweg branches left. Take it to district road 2 (Dörntener Straße). Turn left onto this road and stay on it until Neue Straße, where the route turns right. At the next junction, turn left onto Gartenweg and at the next fork, turn left again. Cross the tracks. At Zur Mergelkuhle street, change half-left onto the field path, which takes you in a long right curve past Oberer Sölenteich and through the forest to Groß Döhren. In Groß Döhren, turn right onto Brinkstraße and cycle all the way through. Then keep left and continue via Am Hellebach and Bachstraße to state road 510. Proceed south through the town center. Next, reach Kirchkamp via Durnidistraße branching half-left, turn right onto Kirchkamp, and admire the village green of Klein Döhren. On Burgstraße, reach the intersection Am Sportplatz, turn right toward the forest, and then follow its edge back to L 510. Use this road briefly until the next left-turning field path. This leads over the fields to the beginning of Weddingen, where you turn into Die Wanne. Pass through the village center via Armelahstraße heading toward federal road B 82. Following the cycle path toward Goslar, you pass through Immenrode and by the Mühlenbergsiedlung. Before the traffic light intersection, turn left into Gut Ohlhof, then cross district road 1 and reach the Ohlhof district. Here, keep right along the edge of the settlement, parallel to B 82, and continue on Immenröder Straße to Goslar. After passing through Breites Tor, you are directly in the historic old town. Small detours to the museum bank or the imperial palace are worthwhile here. You now head toward the market square and continue to Marktstraße. Via Bäringer and Astfelder Straße and Von-Garßen-Straße, you return to the starting point of the route.
