Directions
From the parking lot (S) go straight ahead across the marketplace, first follow the street briefly to the right, then continue left. After 150 m turn sharply right to continue on Hübichweg. Past the Kaiserquelle, path to the arboretum. At the hut a beautiful viewpoint over Bad Grund (1). Downwards, leave the arboretum and follow the street to the right. Past the Hühchichenstein. At the L242 for 50 m to the right and then steeply uphill to the Albertturm (2) with a magnificent panoramic view over the Harz. After a break at the Baude, follow the Baudensteig to the Schweinebraten junction. There turn right downwards to the HöhlenErlebnisZentrum “Iberger Tropfsteinhöhle” (3). Cross the street and walk through the Teufelstal. Past the sports field and down Bergstraße. After a few meters take the footpath to the right and walk to the Baudensteig. Then take this back to the starting point.
