The mountain-valley route leads from the southern edge of the Harz long and steeply up to Vogelherd, where a beautiful viewpoint invites you to linger. Then it continues from Sopienhof (goat alpine pasture) down to the Eisfelder Talmühle, where the route runs through the narrow valley parallel to the road and narrow-gauge railway to Netzkater (Rabensteiner Stollen show mine). Over the Kaisersiegplatz (viewpoint) it goes west back to Sülzhayn.Â
