Directions

The detour is not marked with the Harz Witches' Trail symbol. In the town center of Treseburg, follow the Harzklub route 32C (red dot) via the "White Stag" and the so-called "Arrow Monument" to the Hexentanzplatz. Here you can enjoy the impressive view into the Bodetal Gorge and of the opposite Rosstrappe. From the Hexentanzplatz, follow the blue dot down switchbacks to Thale.
