Hahnenkleer Berg Trail

You can start your round at the parking lot at the holiday park (Triftstraße) or at the end of Lautenthaler Straße (then please turn right at the end of the street).

From the holiday park, go straight down a small hill and then sharp left. The trail then gently descends towards Schlackenweg. You will follow this with some curves and then meet the Hahnenkleer Bergstraße again. Here you have the option to turn sharply left back to the holiday park or continue straight and reach Lautenthaler Straße.

You can extend the round by turning right onto the Schulberg trail in a curve at Schlackenweg. This circular route then reconnects to the Hahnenkleer Berg trail.

DSV Premium Trail

This trail is a certified DSV Premium Trail. Together with municipalities in the western Harz and the districts of Goslar and Osterode am Harz, the Safety in Skiing Foundation (SIS) and the German Ski Association (DSV) have committed in recent years to the qualitative development of the trail network in the Harz. The trails have been certified as DSV nordic active centers according to international criteria, marked with a uniform system of signs and equipped with information boards.
